When you connect your Instagram account to our service, we access your Instagram Business Account to publish content on your behalf. We only post content that you have explicitly approved through our preview and scheduling system. We do not sell, share or use your Instagram data for any purpose other than providing the posting service you have requested.

We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's Platform Policy. You can revoke our access to your Instagram account at any time through your Instagram settings.

4. TikTok Platform Data

When you connect your TikTok account, we access your account solely to publish content you have approved. We comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Developer Policies. You can revoke access at any time through your TikTok settings.

5. YouTube Platform Data

When you connect your YouTube account via Google OAuth, we access your channel solely to upload videos you have approved. We comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's API Services User Data Policy. You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings at security.google.com.

6. Data Storage and Security

Video files you upload are processed and then deleted from our servers. We do not permanently store your video content. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

7. Third Party Services

Our applications use the following third party services:

• Anthropic Claude API — for generating captions and hashtags
• OpenAI Whisper — for transcribing audio captions
• Meta Graph API — for Instagram posting
• TikTok Content Posting API — for TikTok posting
• YouTube Data API — for YouTube uploads
• Streamlit — for our web application hosting

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
