You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to upload and process any video content you submit to our services
• Complying with the terms of service of any connected social media platforms
• Ensuring content posted through our automated systems complies with applicable laws and platform policies
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All content posted to your social media accounts through our services

4. Content and Copyright

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our services. By uploading content, you grant TM Ventures a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

You must not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you process through our platform.

5. Social Media Integration

When you connect your social media accounts to our services, you authorize TM Ventures to post content on your behalf according to your instructions and schedule. You can revoke this authorization at any time through your social media account settings or by disconnecting your account from our platform.

TM Ventures is not responsible for any consequences resulting from content posted to your social media accounts through our services.
